Shipping & Delivery

After we receive an order it usually takes about 3 to 5 business days for it to ship out. Shipping times differ based on your town. We assure you that we work as hard as we can to get all of our orders out in a timely fashion. If you aren't happy with your order you can always return it within 14 days for a refund. Just ship it back to us, with your order number on the outer surface of the package and the invoice inside, and when we receive it back we will issue you a refund minus the shipping charges.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality. If for some reason you find that your order is unsatisfactory we will be more than happy to process your return.

Returning Your Merchandise:

  • Returns will be accepted within 14 days after you receive your purchase.
  • All products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items purchased through our retailers.
  • Refunds are issued according to the method of payment used for the original purchase.
  • We're sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or has been damaged in shipping.
  • Please allow a minimum of three weeks to process your return.
  • A receipt or packing slip must accompany all returns.

How do I return my purchase?

How do I return damaged products?

Tax Information State & Local Sales Taxes

Taxes that appear in your online order confirmation are estimated. Because orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations across the U.S., the actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.

The terms contained herein are subject to change as the taxation of online transactions is continually evolving. The Honeydew Collective strives to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently, and continues to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change.

States Where Does The Honeydew Collective Collects Sales Taxes:

  • Massachusetts

These states will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate.

The Honeydew Collective does not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. You may have a tax obligation in states where The Honeydew Collective does not collect sales tax.
